RRC’s DSEAR Awareness Short Course provides an introduction to the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmosphere Regulations 2002 (DSEAR). It is designed to inform learners of the contents of DSEAR and outline actions to take for compliance.
The course is ideally suited for anyone required to work in or near explosive atmospheres.

Course Content
The RRC DSEAR Awareness Short Course is designed to cover the following topics:
- Introduction to DSEAR
- ATEX 137 and DSEAR regulations 7 and 11
- Identifying flammable atmosphere zones
- Dust and vapour
- Storage of dangerous substances

This course is delivered over the course of 1 day, approximately 8 hours.
