RRC's AI Coach takes our high-quality course content to support learners through interactive, engaging scenario conversations, conversational learning and quizzes to improve understanding and retention.
Built using a closed data set of RRC’s course content, RRC’s AI Coach, RAPID, is the next step in interactive, highly engaging learning. This new and improved feature is designed to support learners with mastering course content, as well as approaching HSE scenarios and questions in a systematic, in-depth way that will enable them to not only succeed in their course, but also in their wider professional practice.
Coaching sessions focus on a specific element of the course, and offer a conversational approach to working through the content of each element. For each element, RAPID will help you review the course content in a coaching style which is perfect for revision. You can also ask RAPID any specific questions you may have, simply by interrupting the lesson.
Other RAPID features are also available for the NEBOSH National General Certificate and NEBOSH International General Certificate, including role plays and quizzes.
Role plays follow the structure of scenario based questions, similar to those used in the assessment. Rapid will coach you through them and based on your response, provide feedback and ask follow-up questions on additional areas to consider. At the end of each role play, RAPID will review all your responses and provide feedback on the key points covered and how well you addressed them, as well as overall feedback on your responses.
Quizzes in RAPID are a mix of free text and multiple choice questions, designed as a revision aid to help consolidate your learning. The quizzes offer a simpler and more direct means of checking how well you have learnt the material.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we will be regularly refining our AI coach as well as adding more role plays, quizzes and additional features over time.

Use of RAPID and NEBOSH Assessment Rules
NEBOSH prohibits the use of AI in all assessments unless specifically permitted in the question or granted through special allowance. RAPID will remain live during assessment windows, and we have developed it to recognise NEBOSH assessment questions and it will refuse to provide an answer if detected. However, we strongly advise learners do NOT attempt to use RAPID in any form during your assessment.
