Course Content
The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Managing Stress at Work consists of one unit which must be successfully completed within six months to achieve the qualification.
The course covers:
- Key Principles - Common terms
- Understanding prevalence of work-related stress
- Signs and Responsibilities of Employers Identification of Risk - Understand Causes
- Apply HSE’s Management Standards Implementing Interventions - Develop options to reduce stressors and manage effects of stress. Build ways to continually improve the workplace

Entry Requirements
It is important that learners have a suitable standard of English language in order to understand and articulate the concepts contained in the syllabus.
NEBOSH recommends that learners undertaking this qualification should reach a minimum standard of English equivalent to an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0 or higher in IELTS tests.

Learners wishing to assess their own language expertise may consult the IELTS website for information on taking the test. Your chosen Learning Partner may also be able to recommend a method of pre-learning assessment of language.

Assessment Details
The course is assessed through a 20 question multiple choice assessment. The exam is open-book and requires a 60% mark or higher to pass.
The assessment can be completed online, there is no need to attend an exam centre. -

What is the difference between Online, Live Online, e-Learning and Distance Learning?Live Online is delivered in real time through Zoom and is very similar to a classroom course. The tutor will deliver the course with breaks to allow time for group work, exercises, and private study.
Online & elearning are just different words for the same thing, and mean a flexible, self study course delivery with tutor support that can be accessed via email. Distance Learning, means learning at a distance but is commonly used to describe the more traditional paper based study, RRC do provide the complete study text which you can download and study off line thus giving you the option of how you study the course.
Do I have to pay VAT if I am based outside the UK?Only companies outside of the UK who can provide a valid VAT number will be exempt from VAT. All individuals irrespective of their location will have to pay VAT.
