Accredited Courses Tailored to Your Organisation
If you're looking for accredited workplace HSE training for your organisation, RRC has a range of fully developed courses accredited by NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA. These range from 1 day and introductory courses like IOSH Working Safely, NEBOSH Managing Stress at Work and ISEP (formerly IEMA) Sustainability series, to professional qualifications like NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Diploma and ISEP Foundation Certificate.
We can adapt these existing courses to be delivered in a way that best suits your organisational needs:

Awarding Bodies and Course Accreditations
Multiple H&S courses delivered via Zoom to NHS trust
To help meet their commitment to building robust health and safety awareness across the department, Health and Safety Advisor Bryan Thompson turned to his former training provider to deliver high-quality training to the wider team.
A series of 1 day courses with topics ranging from stress management to leadership were delivered via Zoom to staff at all levels of the organisation. Alongside this in-company training, 11 members of staff with health and safety responsibilities were enrolled on RRC's open courses for the NEBOSH National General Certificate.
Providing training to instil a positive health and safety culture in mining operations
A global gold mining company has been working with RRC since 2018 to ensure safety of staff at their Mauritania project, as well as committing to proper environmental management of the site. Over the following years, RRC has trained over 3000 employees in 3 languages.

Who delivers your workplace HSE training?
All of our workplace training is delivered by an expert RRC Associate Tutor. With over 50 tutors in our pool, we make sure to find the best trainer for your organisation who can bring relevant experience to the delivery.

How much does your workplace training cost?
Costs for in-company HSE training vary depending on the course, number of delegates, preferred learning method and any bespoke or additional work needed (e.g. translation services).
When you enquire, our Corporate Team will discuss your objectives and offer the best solution to meet your organisational needs and budget.

Should I book my staff onto open courses or arrange in-company delivery?
If you would like training to be delivered in-house (either Live Online or Classroom), we recommend a minimum of 5 delegates. This is to ensure your staff can benefit from engaging with other learners and get the most out of the discussion based tasks.
If you would like to train less than 5 delegates, we would recommend booking your staff onto one of our open courses, however we can deliver in-company if you would prefer.

Can the course content be adapted to my organisation?
Absolutely! Our in-house development team allows us to be flexible with both content and course delivery so that we can ensure your organisation gets the most out of our training.

Is it cheaper to train my staff in-company?
While the cost of in-company delivery varies, it is often cheaper to have your staff trained in-house than booking onto open courses when factoring in the additional costs of travel and accommodation.
