Working with You to Develop Bespoke Training Courses
1) Initial consultation - We will discuss your aims, needs and requirements and preferences, providing expert advise and support to agree the best course and training plan for your organisation.
2) Planning and development - Our Product Development team will create your course, keeping you up-to-date on progress and development as it happens.
3) Delivery - Your training will be delivered as agreed, from access to the Online course to in-person delivery at your workplace anywhere in the world by one of our expert tutors. You will also be supported throughout by our Customer Services Team to ensure the process is simple and stress-free.
4) Feedback - Once the training is delivered, we will ask you to share your experience with us to ensure we've met your initial objectives and are happy with the experience.

What is bespoke training?
Bespoke training is a course that is developed and delivered from scratch, as opposed to adapting or delivering one of our accredited courses from NEBOSH, IOSH or ISEP (formally IEMA). These courses are developed by our in-house development team to meet your organisation's specific needs.

What are the advantages of bespoke training courses?
There a 2 main reasons for choosing bespoke training over an accredited course:
1) The available courses do not cover a specific topic to the depth required. This can be the case for organisations or industries with specific or niche needs.
2) An organisation is looking to build training courses developed around their specific policies or requirements. Here, bespoke training courses can be developed with these specific documents or policies at the centre of the content.

Who creates your bespoke training courses?
Our bespoke training courses are developed in house by our Course Development Team, with support and input from our expert RRC tutors to ensure the content is accurate and in line with best-practice.
We can draw on our almost 100 years in developing and delivering professional training, nearly 50 of which have been specialised in heath and safety, and 30 in environmental management and sustainability.

The cost of developing and delivering a bespoke training course varies depending on the time required to develop the course as well as the usual considerations for delivery.
RRC can develop courses at a discounted rate provided we are able to license and sell the course to other clients once completed.
