RRC's AI Coach
RRC's AI Coach takes our high-quality course content to support learners through interactive, engaging scenario conversations to improve understanding and retention.
Built using a closed data set of RRC’s course content, RRC’s AI Coach is the next step in interactive, highly engaging learning. This new feature is designed to support learners in approaching HSE scenarios and questions in a systematic, in-depth way that will enable them to not only succeed in their course, but also in their wider professional practice.
Coaching sessions focus on a specific element of the course, and can be conversational or role plays: the coach asks questions then guides you on how to answer, expand and add depth to your responses. At each stage it will review your answer, and based on your response, provide feedback and ask follow-up questions on additional areas to consider.
At the end of each role play, the AI will review all your responses and provide feedback on the key points covered and how well you addressed them, as well as overall feedback on your responses.
The coach also provides quizzes on each element, with immediate feedback after completing the quiz. The quizzes offer a simpler and more direct means of checking how well you have learnt the material.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we will be regularly refining our AI coach as well as adding more role plays and quiz questions over time
