RRC Guaranteed Ongoing Support

We are confident in our learners success and pleased that the vast majority pass their assessment/exams at the first attempt. For those not so lucky we offer our guaranteed support. We will continue to support your studies at no additional charge until you are successful. You must complete your first assessment attempt within the course tuition period (6-24 months dependent on course) and book your assessment resit* within 6 months of the end of your tuition period.

That means for our Classroom, Live Online and Online learners we'll provide free access to our online course, including course updates and tutor support.

Tuition periods can be extended for exceptional personal circumstances (long term illness etc), but you must apply for an extension before the end of your tuition period.

*Assessment resits for RRC learners are charged at cost, covering the examining body fees, exam venue fees/cost and RRC's administration cost.
