Zoe has been involved in health, safety and the environment for over 20 years, having completed the NEBOSH Certificate before progressing to the Diploma - where she received the best candidate award for both Diploma Part 1 and Part 2. Today, she is a Consultant, a trainer and has been a NEBOSH examiner. Her real interest lies in human factors because she believes people can be an organisation's greatest asset - but also their greatest challenge. She is also fascinated by the meticulous detail of health and safety law and is an unashamed safety nerd.
Based in Newcastle, Zoe combines heading up the Health and Safety team with looking after her two children and training for her passion for triathlon, having completed her first ironman distance event in 2015.
Kevin started his working career before the Health and Safety at Work Act came into force. He was actively involved (from the start!) in making sure the workplace was safe both as a worker and Production Manager. Kevin's career culminated with him being the Lead Safety Practitioner for Birmingham City Council. Kevin is one of our longer serving associates and has taught every health and safety course RRC offers. Kevin now supports the Course Development Team as a subject matter expert and acts as Lead Tutor for Construction and Fire Safety related courses.
Based in Leicestershire, Kevin enjoys walking his dog ‘Teddy’ and learning even more about health and safety.
With over 20 years' experience working in Environmental Management, John is an experienced environmental tutor. A regular course writer for RRC, John enjoys the diversity of Environmental Management because it covers many different disciplines and requires a knowledge of science, policy and legislation (which is sometimes quite complex). He takes a real satisfaction from helping students achieve qualifications, improve their work prospects and increase their confidence.
In his spare time, John is a keen road cyclist and enjoys watching football and rugby.
