The ECITB/CCNSG Passport to Safety course is assessed by a multiple-choice assessment.

Successful candidates will be issued with a temporary passport in the form of a credit card-sized certificate which is valid for six weeks. The ECITB (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board) will issue a Permanent Passport within three weeks, which will be valid for three years from the course end date.

Details of the passport will be entered to the database maintained by the ECITB.
