The CCNSG Leading a Team Safely (LaTS) course is primarily designed for people who have supervisory or management responsibility for small teams, but it is also valuable for lone workers who manage themselves. It builds upon the knowledge gained on the CCNSG Passport to Safety Course.

The overall objective of the course is to equip those responsible for small teams with the management skills they will need to control all aspects of their work (including health and safety).
