Assessment

The CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety Awareness in Catering is assessed by a short multiple-choice exam.

If you are arranging a classroom course on your company premises then the exam will take place at the end of the training.

If you are studying by distance/e-learning then you will need to arrange to attend an exam once you have finished studying. Exams take place every month. We have exam centres in over 80 countries worldwide and we make all the arrangements for you.

Successful delegates are awarded a CIEH certificate.
