The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) is an awarding body which accredits a broad range of professional qualifications, including courses in health and safety and food safety.
The CIEH works with local and national government and public health practitioners and campaigns for improvements in public health policy. Its qualifications are designed to meet a real demand for practical workplace skills and are widely respected by employers across the UK.

The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health is one of the UK's leading awarding professional bodies, offering accredited certification to workers across many different industries. A CIEH qualification is recognised across the UK and the EU by bodies including the Food Standards Agency, The Health and Safety Executive and the Sector Skills Council.
We offer a wide range of CIEH training, all carefully designed to meet the specific needs of the relevant CIEH syllabus. There are CIEH awards for food safety, risk assessment, manual handling, COSHH, training skills and health and safety.
Typically CIEH qualifications are useful in the food, catering and construction industries. Internationally recognised, CIEH certification demonstrates that your staff and company are meeting adequate workplace standards.
Our CIEH training courses are available as taught classroom courses or distance/e-learning courses. The courses are available over different time periods. If you are looking for training for your organisation, we can also tailor our courses to suit your specific requirements. We can provide in-company training to a group at your workplace if this is more convenient.
Our CIEH courses are developed by experienced Health and Safety trainers, who work closely with highly trained development team. Our trainers can provide additional support where necessary, and will work closely with you to make sure the requirements for the awards are fulfilled.
CIEH courses are examined on a monthly basis and consist of a short mutiple choice exam.
At RRC we have helped millions of students achieve professional qualifications, including those accredited by the CIEH- it's what we do, and we really are the experts.
Whether you're looking to achieve a recognised and widely respected CIEH qualification, or you're looking to provide high-quality relevant training for a group of your employees, RRC is the only organisation worth choosing.
