Developing and Managing overseas offices and partners requires a wide range of skills and experience so management is shared between a team of RRC Directors, coordinated by Gary, with each Director looking after specific territories. They also assist each other when specific skills and experience are required.

  • Key Skills - Expertise in managing training and understanding cultural sensitivities.
  • Role - Working with partners to help develop centres of excellence in the delivery of health and safety training.

International Operations Manager – Louise

  • Key Skills – An ability to understand the diverse needs of partners throughout the world.
  • Role – Managing the network of International Partners & helping ensure that the same high-quality RRC service is received by all our customers, wherever they are in the world.
