Customer Service Team
RRC have a dedicated team of Customer Advisers to help our students throughout their studies, from enrolment right the way through to completion. We constantly review all of our procedures to ensure that the quality of service we offer to our customers is second to none. They are available to advise on all the administrative details relating to our programmes, from helping you plan your timetable to advice on organising your exams.

Kayley is responsible for the overall management of the Customer Service function, ensuring the long-term success of the department.

Emma is responsible for overseeing the activities of the team, as well as taking specific responsibility for ensuring the smooth administration of all exams and assessments.
"It is important that our students know that there is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Our courses are state of the art but that does not mean that we have forgotten the importance of traditional customer service."

Jo is responsible for arranging all of our block release courses, ensuring that everything comes together to provide you with a professional and enjoyable experience.
"An RRC course requires the bringing together of many different factors - an experienced tutor, great venue and excellent resources to name but a few. I'm here to ensure that this is in place for every single course we run."

Gosia joined RRC in 2007 and is responsible for ensuring the efficient co-ordination of all tutor activities.
"We are renowned for having the best tutors in the business and it is my role to manage this wealth of experience and knowledge to best effect. Many of our tutors are experienced examiners, as well as having enormous experience in the 'real' world and it is this combination that makes them such a strong resource."

Theresa is one of our core Customer Service Advisers who is available to answer any queries you may have on the day-to-day administration of your course.
"Studying can be a daunting experience, particularly if it is at a distance. But we are on hand to lead you through the process step by step so you needn't be on your own."
