Fire safety checklist

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 shifts responsibility away from the fire service on to employers, managers and other persons in control of premises. Guidance on the new regulations can be found in our free guide ‘Are you all fired up?’ but we have also developed a checklist to provide an indication of the key requirements of the Fire Safety Duties specified in Part 2, and some of the Miscellaneous Provisions specified in Part 5, of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
