The Chartered Quality Institute (formerly the Institute of Quality Assurance) is the professional body for all those involved in quality management. They were granted a Royal Charter in 2006.

Our Certificate programme provides the perfect grounding in understanding basic quality concepts and their application within the business world.
CQI Diploma Programme
Our Diploma programme gives you an understanding of the key concepts, principles and practices of quality management. After successfully completing all six modules of the Diploma, you will be awarded the CQI Diploma in Quality and are entitled to use the letters Dip.Q after your name.
